Through the attic hatch, At Home can examine the underside of roof sheeting for signs of mold and water damage or rot.

There are three roofs on this house: two sloped and one flat roof. This picture shows a number of particularly vulnerable areas to be examined by the inspector, including flat roof, sloped part of roof, skylights and chimney (note: chimney is shown properly capped, as it is no longer in use).

At Home will examine interior doors for operation.

Examining electrical ground to water meter for proper gauge of wire and tightness which would prevent any vulnerability to electrical hazard if it is loose.

Examining a metal chimney in a concealed space for proper clearances, and proper installation code compliance. This is important to ensure there are no fire hazards due to the chimney being too close to combustibles.
